Essex County Council is responsible for providing a range of services relating to arts and culture within the county. These services are managed by the Arts Development team. Essex County Council promotes the work that we do through the

Visit Essex portal, enabling residents and visitors to access the wide range of events that we provide, as well as other events promoted across the county, such as the
Summer of Art programme.
