Disclosure checks and contractors
Contractors working in an environment – such as a school or care home – where they are in contact with children or vulnerable adults, may be required to obtain a CRB check.
In order to determine whether a CRB check will be required, contractors should refer to their employer or contact Essex Disclosure Service.
