We have provided forms to make it easier for you to give us the information that we need for our own purposes and for the increasing statistical information on governor appointments and vacancies that each local authority is now required to provide to the DfE.
These forms are to be used by clerks to notify Governor Services of the following:
- resignations / retirements from the governing body of all categories of governor
- appointments of all categories of governor except for LA appointees
The forms should be completed immediately a resignation is received or an appointment is made to the governing body.
