Our vision is to enrich the education of children and young people by equipping governors and clerks with the knowledge and skills to enable them to set high expectations and drive school improvement.

 

School's Learning & Development offer a training brochure that enables governors and clerks to access a comprehensive range of workshops (updated to reflect recent changes in the world of education), ‘Hot Topics’, access to online learning and conferences, as well as a development session just for their governing body.

 

To take advantage of the preferential rate, schools need to subscribe by 30 April 2012.  

In addition to the core programme, we offer other courses that are suitable for governors for which a fee is charged. These include an accredited course on Safer Recruitment and others such as Dealing with Parental Complaints.
