Our TLC campaign aims to promote the importance of helping young children in Essex develop the language and communication skills they need for life.
Led by the Early Years and Childcare team, the campaign includes activities and events with childcare providers and practitioners, baby and toddler groups, crèches and children’s centres.
Essex Libraries and Essex Parks also have some great activities planned.
