  Get Involved with TLC

16 January 2013

Early Years practitioners play a crucial role in supporting parents to help their children develop key speech and language skills. Following the Every Child a Talker project, the TLC campaign aims to continue to raise awareness of early language and communication.

TLC events

We will inform you throughout the year about TLC events taking place near you. A resource toolkit will be made available to help you engage parents with their children's language and communication skills. These resources will include posters, invites, practitioner guidance, activity ideas for the event and parent information.

Events throughout 2013

The Big Promise
During the autumn term we will be asking families to make a promise to support their child’s language and development. We are also inviting all early years providers in Essex to take part.
