We strive to offer a prompt service to all our customers. Contacts from consumers are answered initially by the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline, a government-funded national advice line. The helpline offers clear, practical and impartial advice about the purchase of goods or services.
Contact by telephone
We prefer you contact us by telephone because an advisor will be able to quickly identify your needs and make sure you're advised of your rights and the most appropriate action to be taken.
- Consumers call: 03454 040506
- Businesses call: 0345 603 7626
Contact by email
If your email does not contain all the information we require, we may need to ask for further details via email or telephone before we're able to forward your request or provide an answer.
Contact by post
If you're unable to contact us by telephone or email you can send a letter. However, please note there may be a delay in processing your enquiry if it's sent by post, due to the time it takes to receive, assess and redirect mail to the appropriate person or organisation. We may require further information in order to fully assess your requirements and would appreciate it if telephone or email contact details are supplied.
