Course satisfaction
We pride ourselves on the standard of our teaching and have been graded as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted following an inspection in June 2009.
- If you are satisfied with your course, please let us know by recording your satisfaction in the 'comments books' in our main centres. We would also encourage you to take part in the learner surveys that we run from time to time.
- If you are unsatisfied with your course, we encourage you to discuss this with your tutor. If the issue cannot be resolved locally we have a complaints procedure that should be followed.
Additional course costs
You are advised not to buy any items until the course has started when the course tutor can advise further.

Non residents of the UK/European Economic Area/European Union
Some of our courses are subsided by central UK government, these subsidies are only available to learners who have been residents of the UK/European Economic Area/European Union in the last three years.

Whether you will have exams depends on the type of course that you enrol on. The course information sheet will detail what, if any, exams or assessments you have to take.
