Course satisfaction

We pride ourselves on the standard of our teaching and have been graded as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted following an inspection in June 2009.
  • If you are satisfied with your course, please let us know by recording your satisfaction in the 'comments books' in our main centres. We would also encourage you to take part in the learner surveys that we run from time to time.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your course, we encourage you to discuss this with your tutor. If the issue cannot be resolved locally we have a complaints procedure that should be followed.
