Development and Regulation Committee Information

7 January 2015

The Development and Regulation Committee normally sits on the fourth Friday of every month to determine county level planning applications that cannot be made under delegated powers. The committee is open to the press and public and all submissions from community groups and individuals are considered prior to a decision being made.

The agenda of the committee is published no less than five working days prior to the committee meeting, in order to ensure that all vested parties have time to attend. Minutes of meetings are published online once the committee has met. The committee operates a public speaking protocol as well as observing its own committee protocols.
