Following a change in government regulation, from 6th October 2010 Essex County Council has started to display all planning application notices relating to minerals, waste and Essex County Council property on this website. The planning application notices contain information about the public consultation period for each application, enabling individuals to respond and make their opinions heard. Notices are organised by district.
