District and borough council offices
Hard copies of the complete suite of documents including accompanying appendices and supporting documents can be viewed at the district and borough council offices during normal office opening hours:
Public libraries
All Essex County Council public libraries have hard copies of the main document, Summary, Appendices and a CD containing all supporting documents.
Copies of the Summary will also be available on mobile libraries.
