This is a free confidential telephone helpline which offers emotional support to any individual on any issue. The helpline is aimed at those who feel socially isolated or vulnerable of any age.
 
Samaritans offer confidential support to anyone at any time. They are carefully trained to deal all types of queries and will not try and influence or impose their beliefs on an individual. They can be contacted by phone, email, sms, letter or face to face.
