Who can use an Essex Carers Card?
You are eligible for the card if you are a carer aged 18 or over and provide care for an Essex resident aged 18 or over.
A carer is someone who provides unpaid support to a relative, partner or friend who is ill, disabled or has a mental health or substance misuse problem.
