Motorists are advised that congestion is possible while this restriction is in place, and to use alternative routes where possible.

The roundabout has been operating with a single lane during weekends, but is now required seven days a week in order for the final phase of work on the junction improvement scheme to be completed.

The following traffic management will also be in place over the following week:

• Normal Daytime lane restrictions on A13 and A130 in place as usual from start of scheme
• A13 night time closures east bound, Monday 12th March and Tuesday 13th March from 21.00 to 05.00 each night
• A130 night time closures north bound from Sadlers Farm Roundabout to Rayleigh Spur Roundabout from Wednesday 14th March to Tuesday 20th March from 21.30 to 05.00 

The scheme remains on target to be opened in spring 2012.
