To help improve our service it is important that Essex County Council receives your complaints about Adult Social Care. The people of Essex have identified twelve golden quality principles they expect from their services and we always aim to deliver these.
We will always investigate your concerns fairly and impartially with no effect on your entitlement to services. We will:
- treat you with respect when you contact us
- be honest and fair in our dealing with you
- ensure your concerns are dealt with openly and fairly
- keep you informed of progress
