3 January 2012

Joanna Killian, Chief Executive"Your feedback is important to us. We would like you to tell us when you are pleased with the services provided by Essex County Council. We also need to know when things go wrong, so we can learn from our mistakes and make improvements."

To leave a comment, please use our complaints, comments and compliments form.

The form takes a few moments to complete and we will ensure that your feedback reaches the correct team. Please read our privacy statement and disclaimer pages before contacting us.

Please note that the way we deal with complaints relating to children’s and adult social care services is set down by central government. As a result, the process and timelines for dealing with complaints may vary dependent upon the type of complaint being made.

Information relating to those processes can be found as follows:

Our Complaints Policy describes the complaints process for all other Essex County Council services. It also tells what to do if you remain unhappy with the outcome. Our leaflet gives you information on how to make a complaint, comment or compliment and includes a form if you would like to contact us in writing.
