It also sets out our key priorities, our plans to improve the services that we provide and our performance against our objectives.

In total we will spend £2.14 billion on delivering services in 2012/13.  A summary of how Essex County Council is funded and how the council will spend the money it receives can be found on the funding, expenditure and capital page.

Resourcing EssexWorks sets out more detailed plans for our 2012/13 Revenue Budget and 2012/13 to 2016/17 Capital Programme.

A summary of what we spend on each service is set out on the council tax page.
