Request your own information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we process about you. We will usually remove information about anyone else unless they are a professional working with you. If we remove information we will show you where and tell you why.
To request information about yourself, you will need to provide:
- your full name
- your address
- your telephone number and / or email address
- your date of birth
- proof of your identity, such as a valid passport, driving license or birth certificate
Completing our downloadable form is the best way to make sure that you are giving us the right information. Please check the information we do not hold before making your request.
