The Business Essex, Southend and Thurrock (BEST) Growth Hub will remain open to support local businesses.
With the initial contract ending in March 2024, we have extended our partnership with Colchester-based Colbea.
Colbea has a proven track record of supporting local businesses. They provided guidance to over 303 businesses via the Growth Hub between August 2023 and February 2024.
The BEST Growth Hub simplifies the business support landscape by signposting to a range of local, regional and national support.
The service is available to businesses in Essex, Southend and Thurrock. It offers advice on a range of subjects, including:
- business rates and VAT
- securing grant funding
- exporting goods and trading overseas
- marketing and website development
