Bristow & Sutor (Debt recovery agency)

SEA (CCTV cameras and automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras)

Traffic Penalty Tribunal (Appeal Decisions)

Traffic Enforcement Centre, Northampton County Court (Registering non-payment of notices)

 

What will it be used for and what gives us the right to ask for it and use it?

 

Issuing penalty charge notices for infringement of bus lane/gate use

Service Delivery

Service Planning/Improvement

Preventing or detecting of fraud or crime

Research – using only anonymised data unless we specifically ask for your consent

 

Our legal basis for using your personal data is legal obligation

 

Our legal basis for using your special personal data is Traffic Management Act 2004 and Statutory Instrument 2005 No.2757 The Bus Lane Contraventions (Penalty Charges, Adjudication and Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2005.
