Essex Music Service
Essex Music Services provide individual and group music tuition to 5-18 year olds through in-school or music school environments via more than 300 peripatetic music tutors. We also offer projects, workshops and curriculum support to schools. We offer discounts for low income families and looked after children.

If we cannot use your data we would not know which children to teach and their age/ability/special needs to determine the most appropriate teacher. Financial circumstances are only collected from those families wishing to apply for a tuition discount.
Our legal basis for using your personal data is under our legitimate interest to deliver music tuition service to those parents requesting it on behalf of their children

We will stop using your data when you are no longer receiving our services.
Your data will be deleted 2 years after we stop using it.
