Details of your circumstances relevant to the service being provided.

Depending on the service, providers will require information about your health.

Research using anonymised personal data.  If we wish to use your identifiable personal data we will seek your permission.

 

If we cannot use your data, commissioned providers could not provide you with Public Health services on behalf of Essex County Council

 

Our legal basis for using your personal data is:

Necessary to meet a legal obligation or for a task in the public interest in line with the following legislation:

Section 12 'Duties as to improvement of public health' - Health and Social Care Act 2012

 

Our legal basis for using your special personal data is substantial public interest on the basis of the above legislation.

Police (Only for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime or fraud)

Children and Families Hub and Essex Social Care Direct (For safeguarding purposes)

We might also share with other organisations that the above organisations work with in order to provide you with a service. You will be advised of this by each organisation.
