Proposed new Special School in Rayleigh 

A public consultation is taking place between Friday 23 February 2024 and Friday 5 April 2024 on a proposal to establish a new Special School on the Wolsey Park development, Rayleigh. The school will be for children aged 3-19 with Severe Learning Difficulties. It will be opened from Spring 2026.

Expansion of ST Peter's CE Primary School, Coggeshall

Essex County Council is consulting on a proposal to offer 15 more Reception Year places per year at this school from 1 September 2025, until its capacity grows to be 420 places overall.
