We help young people in Essex to get the most out of school, work and life. We can help you find a work experience placement, join the Duke of Edinburgh's award, get support if you're a young carer and more.
 

Cultural Development

Cultural Development supports Essex’s many cultural organisations and practitioners across the county, playing a key role in helping creative and heritage activities across the county with a reputation for innovative work and best practice.

From identifying buildings at risk and providing specialist services to enhance the built environment, to enabling people to search the history of their families and buildings, Essex County Council provides a range of heritage services.
