In addition to bespoke consultancy support we run the Business Accelerator, an intensive peer learning process that helps organisations nurture commercial opportunities. The Business Accelerator takes employees with live projects through a series of training modules that apply commercialisation tools to give them the knowledge and understanding to build, develop and sell their product.
Delegates attend bi-weekly masterclasses covering Sales, Marketing, Systems & Processes, People & Change and Financial Management followed by two Assessment Centre sessions where progress is evaluated and business plans finalised. Throughout the course, Essex County Council support is available to ensure that everyone attains the maximum learning and produces the best deliverables possible.
By clearly articulating tangible growth opportunities, specifying clear strategies and tactics for winning new business and delivering well-articulated, argued and costed plans for immediate and future actions, the course provides an ongoing legacy. This ensures that momentum isn’t lost after the Business Accelerator programme comes to an end.
