Green Homes Grant

The Green Homes Grant voucher scheme is now closed

The Green Homes Grant voucher scheme is now closed for new applications. You might be eligible for the Green Homes Grant Local Authority Delivery Scheme until 30 June 2021.

Make your home more energy efficient and save money on your bills using the Green Homes Grant.

The government will pay two-thirds of the costs of improvements up to a total value of £5,000.

You could get up to £10,000 towards costs if you receive certain benefits.

Redeeming a Green Homes Grant voucher

You can still use this service if all of the following apply:

  • you have a Green Homes Grant voucher
  • the work has been completed by your TrustMark-registered installer
  • you are the homeowner or landlord

Information for installers

If you applied to be a registered Green Homes Grant installer before the closing date, your application will still be processed. We will be in touch to confirm if your application is successful.

If you are already a registered Green Homes Grant installer, you can continue to carry out work under the scheme if your customer has been issued a voucher. You must finish the work at least 7 days before the voucher’s expiry date.
