A bereavement and grief can feel overwhelming and have a significant impact on your mental health. If you have experienced the loss of someone close to you, it is important to recognise this and seek help.
There is support available across Essex if you have lost someone and are struggling to cope. This could have been at any time in your life and doesn’t need to be something that has happened recently. There is also guidance around what to do when someone passes away.
Anyone can experience a bereavement and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. The important thing is not to do so alone. Find services that can help children, young people and adults across Essex.
