Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is loneliness. Lots of us might feel lonely at some point in our life, for lots of different reasons. However, the longer we feel lonely, the greater the chance this will start to affect our mental health.

There is lots of support in Essex if you, or someone you know, is feeling lonely or experiencing anything else that might be affecting your mental health. Find out about the help available for adults, children and young people.

Hear from Cllr John Spence, our Cabinet Member for Health and Adults, below as he shares an important message about mental health.
