Financial Deputyship Services acts on behalf of adult social care clients who are unsupported and no longer have the mental capacity to manage their own finances.

Service Delivery: As a person's deputy, we are authorised by the Court of Protection to manage their finances and make decisions about their property and financial affairs on their behalf

Service improvement & planning: To ensure our services are efficient and good value for money

Prevention or Detection of Fraud/Crime

Research (using anonymised data only unless we specifically request your consent to use identifiable personal data)


If we cannot use your data we would be unable to provide a service and would be in breach of a Court Order.

We will stop using your data after you are deceased and your estate has been settled.


Your data will be deleted 12 years after we stop using it.
