The Essex sector development strategy will support us, our public sector partners, skills and learning providers and businesses to effectively plan together for the future economy of the county.
It highlights 5 future growth sectors which will secure a greener, stronger, more equal and sustainable economy in the future for Essex.
3 versions of the strategy have been developed:
- a long-form technical report (PDF 8.70mB), that includes the data, research and full strategy
- a medium-form standard strategy document (PDF 5.49mB)
- a short-form accessible version of the strategy (PDF 2.60mB), that highlights the opportunity for jobs in those 5 growth sectors and what training is available
