The Essex Local Economic Assessment (LEA) provides a comprehensive and robust economic evidence base which has been material to the development of the ICS.
Local Transport Plan
Essex County Council, Thurrock Council, and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council are all developing their third local transport plans (LTPs). The strategic priorities of the ICS will inform the production of the local transport plans.
