Temporary phone line disruption
A number of our phone lines will be briefly unavailable on Tuesday 11 February from 6:30pm. Changes are being made outside of opening hours to minimise disruption. Our out of hours services are not impacted.
This guidance is for people who started their application before 24 January 2025. Here you can complete your application, upload documents, track progress and pay for your badge.
These instructions only apply for people who started their application prior to 24 January 2025. From 28 January 2025, you will need to go to pay for a Blue Badge.
If your application has been approved, we’ll ask you to pay £10.

For your security and data protection, our advisors cannot accept your card details verbally over the phone. Therefore, when it's time to make your payment, our advisor will guide you through the process of entering your card number, expiration date, and CVV code using the keypad on your phone. This system encrypts your details, ensuring they are never stored on our systems, allowing you to complete your payment with peace of mind. If you are unable to enter your card details using your mobile or telephone keypad, you can still make a payment by asking a trusted friend or family member to assist you.
Please do not send cash or postal orders. We are unable to accept payments in person at any building.
