Overview
The Essex Construction Framework 2 is a list of design and construction contractors that we work with.
The framework can also be used by other contracting authorities such as district councils or police authorities, to find a design and construction or construction only works contractor.
A full OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) compliant tender was run to select the successful contractors, meaning the pre-qualification stage has already been completed. This makes it quicker, easier and cheaper to compliantly access the market.
