Overview
The Essex Business Community Pledge is a call to action for employers of all shapes and sizes. It invites businesses to commit to attracting and retaining talented staff.
Businesses that sign the pledge will:
- meet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requirements
- receive ongoing support around training, wellbeing and retention
- receive digital badging to celebrate their involvement
- be able to better support their own employees’ needs
There are three levels to the pledge:
- Bronze – achieve Pillar 1 actions
- Silver – achieve Pillar 1 and actions from one additional pillar
- Gold – Achieve Pillar 1 and actions from two further pillars
