This workshop offers foster carers a space to reconnect with their bodies and energy. You’ll explore how the body stores stories, emotions, trauma, and experiences—often silently—and how these can affect your wellbeing while you hold so much for others.
Through a mix of teaching, practical tools, and guided reflection, you’ll learn how to:
- understand where and how emotions are held in the body
- connect back to your own needs and energy
- support yourself while supporting others
We’ll close with a mini energetic and sound journey to gently release some of what you may be holding, leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and expanded in your energy.
