If you have got a complaint about an Essex County Council service, let us know.

We will respond within 10 working days or let you know if it cannot be dealt with under our complaints policy.

Enquiries and compliments

If you have got an enquiry, and can't find an answer on our website, or you would like to leave a compliment, use our enquiries or compliment form. We will respond to enquiries within 20 working days.
