Donate your old laptops, tablets or phones and help transform the lives of children in Essex. Your unused tech can give a child the tools they need to learn, connect and succeed.
With many organisations moving away from Windows 10, devices that are no longer suitable for business use can still be repurposed to support education.
How it works
- If you already use an IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) provider, we can work directly with them to make sure suitable devices reach school children in Essex.
- If devices aren’t usable, we ask for the residual value to help us buy low-cost laptops.
- If you don’t have an ITAD, we can help. We recommend Vyta, but there are other approved providers we can work with.
- If you have Grade A, wiped devices that meet our specifications, you can donate them directly to us by pre-arranging delivery to County Hall, Chelmsford.
