If you’ve been directed to this page it’s likely a fibre broadband service is available or is planned for your premises from one of the commercial broadband network operators listed below. If work to your address is commercial, this means it is funded privately by the operator and is therefore not part of the Superfast Essex programme.
To discover which operator can provide a broadband service for your premises, please visit the links below.
If you've been directed to this page from the Essex Design Guide, it's likely you may be after information for developers. You can find this information further down the page. We are constantly updating this page with updates and information from commercial operators.
Information for developers
If you are a developer looking for an operator to roll out gigabit-capable broadband to a new development, the operators below have let us know that they have developer offers on installing broadband.

How have we identified these operators?
As part of an Open Market Review (OMR) held in January 2021, Digital Essex asked all broadband network operators to inform us where broadband coverage is available or planned in Essex. During the OMR process and subsequent consultations, commercial broadband network operators responded and made us aware of their coverage. Additionally, we receive information from Building Digital UK regarding their rolling OMR.
Commercial operators have three years to deploy their commercial plans as stated to Digital Essex in their OMR submission. Unfortunately, Digital Essex has very little sway on the prioritisation of the planned rollout.
Should any commercial operator plans change, Superfast Essex will seek to make the property eligible for inclusion in the programme's future rollout plans.
Further information for residents
The operators’ responses to the OMR are commercially sensitive, therefore Digital Essex cannot publish which operator serves your property on the interactive map. You will need to contact each of the operators listed to see if your address is in their plans for a broadband upgrade, or if a service is already available to you.
Please remember, nobody is automatically connected when broadband becomes available. You will need to contact your service provider and ask to buy a broadband service.
