Content owners
Content owners and subject matter experts are responsible for the accuracy of any given piece of content.
For this reason, we have created the content owner component for our installation of LocalGov Drupal. This component is only viewable in the CMS, not the front end.
When should you use a content owner
Any piece of content should, ideally, have 2 named content owners attached to it.
How to add a content owner
Content owners can be created from the Content menu or the dashboard. You'll need to create the content owner before adding it to a page. Once it has been created it can be reused on a number of pages. Use the 'Content owner' field to add your component to a page.
