Council meetings

Most meetings of the Cabinet, Council and its committees are open to the public and take place in County Hall in Chelmsford.

Speak at a meeting

You can speak or ask a question at certain Council meetings.

There are different rules for speaking depending on the type of meeting. It's best to contact us beforehand if there is a particular meeting you would like to contribute to. We'll give you advice about the rules of the meeting, and the best way to get involved.
