Essex households are being urged to act now to avoid higher energy bills this winter.
The Essex Energy Switch offers a way to secure a better deal before prices rise. Residents are being encouraged to register before the deadline on Monday 29 September.
The Essex Energy Switch is an Essex wide group buying scheme to help residents save on energy. In the last scheme, participants who decided to switch saved on average £200 on their energy bills.
Registering is free and only takes five minutes with a recent energy bill.
By registering with Essex Energy Switch, residents ‘group buy’ with other people. This allows energy companies to offer competitive prices. The winning supplier will send anyone who has registered a personal offer. If they choose to switch, our trusted partner will take care of the entire switching process.
Residents have until Monday 29 September to register their interest. There is no obligation to switch supplier or tariff once registered.
