We are expanding our residential care services for children with the opening of two new homes in Basildon.
The homes will offer short-term, therapeutic care for vulnerable young people aged 11 to 17.
The first home is set to open in December 2025, with the second following in February/March 2026.
To support the new homes, we are now recruiting for several key roles, including:
- residential worker
- night worker
- advanced skills worker.
No specialist qualifications are required. All new staff will receive fully funded training through the Essex Social Care Academy (ESCA). Training will cover topics like:
- safeguarding
- mental health
- equality and inclusion
- basic cookery.
