Monthly payment transactions made via p-card, employee expenses and accounts payable are available to download.
Updates have been made to this data to ensure details are published in line with the data protection policy. Past data is under review and will be published once updates have been made.
The information contains all transactions paid by Essex County Council, including credits, but doesn’t include:
- Payments made on behalf of schools under their delegated budgets
- Repayments. For example, we may make payments in support of Duke of Edinburgh expeditions, for which a school will subsequently repay the full or partial amount
- Named payees where the payment is made to an individual, such as payments to foster carers. This is in line with current legislation
Some transactions may be charged across more than one directorate. For the sake of expediency and simplicity, we have only indicated the first directorate.
