Temporary phone line disruption
A number of our phone lines will be briefly unavailable on Tuesday 11 February from 6:30pm. Changes are being made outside of opening hours to minimise disruption. Our out of hours services are not impacted.
What documents you need to send, and how to send them
Note: Your badge will be issued until the end date on the award letter or for a maximum of 3 years, whichever is shorter.
You no longer need to submit evidence of these awards unless we ask you to. (This may be because we are unable to verify your award equates to an automatic entitlement to a Blue Badge, via the DWP database)
If you are applying in one of the following categories, you will be required to supply full details of your award. Award letters should include all pages, and:
Example WPMS document (PDF 1.3MB)
Example AFCS document (PDF, 2.4MB)
Example SSI document (PDF 1.6MB) or, Example of a SSI Yellow Card (PDF, 1.4MB)
