Support for sponsors
To help support both sponsors and their guests, we have produced local information packs for sponsors.
These packs provide essential information for both you and the Ukrainian national you are hosting, such as information on accessing:
- finance and benefits
- health services
- schooling and childcare
- mental health and emotional wellbeing
- support for a vulnerable adult or child
- emergency services
- local community services
- immigration support
- information about your area
Support for guest(s)
To help support guests we have produced local information packs for guests which are available in Ukrainian and Russian languages.
The government has also produced Welcome: a guide for Ukrainians arriving in the UK. The guide is available in Ukrainian and Russian languages.
The British Red Cross have information on help available for Ukrainian nationals. Information is available in Ukrainian and Russian languages.
Kids Inspire are running a trauma recovery service to support families impacted by the war in Ukraine.
STEP Ukraine offers a virtual English language and employment programme for Ukrainians in the UK.
