Royal Mail delays

Blue Badge delivery may take longer than our advertised 20 working day timeframe. This is due to national strike action by Royal Mail.

Please allow 6 weeks for delivery, from the date of payment. We are unable to accept reports of an undelivered Blue Badge if it is less than 6 weeks since payment.

There could also be a delay in post being received by the Blue Badge team. We advise submitting any supporting evidence via email to Blue.Badge@essex.gov.uk
